Each class has been hand-picked, organized, created, and coached by FRC's International Coaching Federation Certified Coach.
The expectation for successful movement through the classes is to allot yourself 45-60 minutes once a week to explore the participant guide, the video, and extra activities associated with each weekly lesson. The participant guides and activities can be downloaded, saved, and either printed to be filled out by hand or filled in electronically.
